That is absolutely our point! It is a matter of preference and not right or wrong. A Muslim can be a vegetarian if he so wishes. We are not obliged to eat meat, but it is considered a blessing that we would miss out on. However, we also assert that eating meat cannot be wrong for the reasons stated above. So the Hindus who do not eat meat cannot use meat eating as an argument against Islam or the Muslims on the basis that it is any way wrong. It is merely a matter of preference!
