IF YOU HAVE ANY REFERENCE WHERE IT STATES THAT MARITAL FORCEFUL SEX WITHOUT CONSENT IS NOT CALLED RAPE PLEASE PROVIDE.
If still you want to call it something else thats your prerogative.
