A small organization of just 14000 men made for the purpose to not to involve army in civil unrest . A false propaganda by the dirty forces . And they finished it because they can not see any one other who could make some hurdle in their way of coup .

Why need a separate force when policies already there for civilian purposes? Fsf was specifically for controlling and subjugating opposition members and their families.
