I say clown makeup cos ..its what i ve literally seen in Egypt ..Its disgusting ..its as if the shakal Allah Almighty gave them ... they are not happy with what they have and they put so much make up on so they can hide all that and put on a new clown face..
...and i see these clown faces especially who come from back home ..those who ve never in their lives put on make up and nw just cos they are in UK ..its as if they ve grown wings without redbull ..and they put on make up ..just so they can 'fit in' .. and thas awful ..
Anyways, I have nothing against make up ..as long as its nicely done and not OVER done ..and what i hate is ppl making an excuse to avoid doing wudu and then praying ..cos they have to take off make up and do wudu and pray and put make up back on ..so much hassle .cant be bothered impression ..
Only for the condition which has made ghusl wajib on you like jinabat. If those conditions are not present and ghusl is not wajib on you then wudu will make you tahir. Wallah Alim Bisswab.
Can you please share the verse from which you extracted this meaning?
Another question: If one is visiting the mall in the west i.e US. Its very much frowned upon if you put your feet in the sink. What should one do in that case?

Mirch is right. You need to be taahir (paak) to do namaaz and wudoo takes care of that ...so wudoo does make you taahir if ghusl is not required.

Hazrat Muhammad said: "Qayamat ke roz meri ummat ki ilamat yeh hogi k in the peeshani or wudu ke a’aza noor se chamktay hongain. Or jo shaks apny noor ko barhana chahy woh (wudu kamil ke zaraye) barhay.
Said: Namaz janat ki kunji (key) hy or namaz ki kunji wudu hy (Masakat)
Sahih Bukhari 137
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Apostle said, “The prayer of a person who does ,Hadath (passes, urine, stool or wind) is not accepted till he performs (repeats) the ablution.” A person from Hadaramout asked Abu Huraira, “What is ‘Hadath’?” Abu Huraira replied, " ‘Hadath’ means the passing of wind from the anus."
Sahih Muslim 0435
Hammam b. Munabbih who is the brother of Wahb b. Munabbih. said: This is what has been transmitted to us by Abu Huraira from Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) and then narrated a hadith out of them and observed that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: The prayer of none amongst you would be accepted in a state of impurity till he performs ablution.
In Sunan Abi Dawood 0027
Narrated Abdullah ibn Mughaffal: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: No one of you should make water in his bath and then wash himself there (after urination). The version of Ahmad has: Then performs ablution there, for evil thoughts come from it.
Yes, you need to have Wudhoo before touching a Quran accroding to majority of scholars and the 4 Imams. However, reciting Quran from memory is not the same as touching the Quran, and is okay..
A saheeh hadeeth concerning that has been narrated from ‘Amr ibn Hazm (may Allaah be pleased with him), stating that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) wrote to the people of Yemen: “No one should touch the Qur’aan except one who is taahir (pure).”
I just like to comment on the verse you mentioned i.e.,
لَّا يَمَسُّهٗۤ اِلَّا الْمُطَهَّرُوْنَؕ
056.079
YUSUFALI: Which none shall touch but those who are clean:
PICKTHAL: Which none toucheth save the purified,
SHAKIR: None shall touch it save the purified ones.
This is not an imperative statement but a fact is described that no one can even touch the quran except the pure ones. No one except those who are 'pure' in true sense of the meaning can get to the gist of Quran. that is why it is called 'guidance to the righteous'.
So being physically clean before touching Quran can be a derivative of this Quranic verse since physical cleanliness plays an important role in becoming spiritually pure
Say your in a public place and u have no where to do wudu can u still read Quran?
as far as i know...you cannot touch quran if you have not done the wazoo. ofcourse you can hold it (as it will have the cover) but touching the pages without the wazoo isnot allowed. you donot need wazoo if you are just reciting soorats aur remembering them in your head. as for the public place you can do tayyammum (which is an alternative to doing wazoo with the water)
Also can u wear makeup and still keep ur wudu? or do wudu without washing ur face? I ask becoz the amount of people I see reading namaz etc with makeup on is astonishing.
makeup must be removed before the wazoo is done...once you have your wazoo you can apply makeup and read namaz/quran. you can keep the makeup as long as your wazoo is still there. but once your wazoo breaks you will have to take off the whole makeup and do teh wazoo again (and apply the makeup again if you want)
All corrcect EXCEPT tayammum. You can only do tayammum if there is no water within aprox 1mile radius ie ur in a desert or sumat or some place where miles n miles u cant find water .. But like in uk ..theres always water available

No, you should bring the reference of why you are objecting what is otherwise a known and common practice of the Muslims from last 1500 years :D
Please refer to post # 27.
There is an Ijma on what I am saying for 1500 years. If you can prove it otherwise I will be delighted to read.
"Ijma" doesn't make something "fard" or "wajib", these are scholarly opinions hence 'recommendation'. Its weird that people are okay with 'masah' on 'leather socks' but they can't do 'masah' on actual feet which is clearly stated in Quran.
Sorry there is nothing in post#27 which talks about performing wudhu for touching Quran.
I was merely stating that if you do not need ghul then making wudu is enough to achieve tahur. I have no opinion on that from anybody on What kind of tahur you have to have before touching Quran.

I am with you on this one for both of your counts.
