I know this arab person right. They are Palestinian. They were born and raised there. They claim to love their country often. They are also, however, quick to hate on the country and despise it when they are around friends and feel comfortable.

They understand what Israel means to Palestine. They however are in LOVE with Israel. They love its culture, and try to pass its culture off as their own. When they get together with friends, they can’t stop but talk about how great Israeli culture is. Their family actually approves of this. Infact they encourage this behavior.

It is a known fact that this person’s family members has been severely affected by Israel. Some of them don’t exist because of Israel. Their part of the country is actually interfered with all the time by their neibors. Yet these people are in love with their supposed enemy’s culture. They worship Israeli Idols, and have pictures of them everywhere. They celebrate important palestinian days by dancing to israeli songs and pretending and wishing they were israelis in israel themselves.

Are they sellouts? are they traitors? Are they numb and idiots?

Well we already know what the Quran tells us about the Arabs of the desert. Some Arabs even serve in the IDF. LOL

Anyway, you can't compare the Palestinian-Israeli conflict with Indo-Pak.

This is a typical response and I knew i'd see it. Though you are absolutely right that the conflict can't be compared, you are still missing the point.

There are also many muslims in the indian army. which is far worse.

I am assuming that these guys are Israelis Arabs, so that they would make them citizens of Israel. Most Israelis Arabs are conflicted about Israel. As Arabs, they have more rights them say an average Egyption, Saudi or Emirati, but are severely discriminated against Jewish Israelis.

And why is it worst for Indian Muslims, who are Indians to seve in their army. Can't compare the Israel Palestine situation with the Indo-Pak conflict.

Conflict between India and pakistan is no longer a Hindu-muslim conflict....there are many muslims in Indian armed forces that have rose to the rank of Lt Gen., Maj Gen., Air Chief Marshals etc...

Brigadier Mohammad Amin Naik who is a kashmiri Muslim was promoted to Maj. Gen. 2 years back.

The sooner you accept the reality the better it is for you and people like you.

i dont think hes disagreeing with the reality that a certain number of muslims join the Indian army.

it is shameful that they do that, but then you see examples like that all through history. For example a certain number of black people fought for the pro-slavery South against the anti-slavery North in the American civil war.

In fact, you should be happy for Indian muslims that inspite of being a religious minority, indian muslims are given equal rights to be a part of army of their own country…If you are a citizen of a country then you have the right to join its army, otherwise you are a so-called citizen in that country or a citizen who cannot be trusted.

Why should Hashim Amla be shameful for representing South Africa in cricket???

Why should Irfan pathan be shameful for representing India in cricket..

There is no difference between people who condemn Sania Mirza for being anti-India for marrying a pakistani and people who say Indian muslims should be shameful for being a part of Indian army…you are of same mentality

perfect analogy, israel and pakistan are both countries made in the name of intolerance and religion, displacing and killing natives. amreeka pretty much props up both countries too. :nono1:

Dont pick on just one word, if you feel it is offensive I will suggest we replace it with 'sad'. Obviously I am speaking as a Pakistani, who bears in mind a certain set of realities when it comes to indian muslims and the discrimination and violence they face in that country. I find it shameful (or sad if you prefer) if they then join an army that mainly focuses on fighting a country largely created because of Muslim apprehensions of discrimination and violence. Like I said before, blacks fighting for the pro-slavery South in the American civil war comes to mind.

Obviously Irfan Pathan and Hashim Amla are sports personalities and dont have the same moral impact as soldiers do. And in the case of South Africa they dont have a problem with Muslims so why would he be ashamed?

also funny to see some pakistanis frothing at the mouth at the thought of muslim soldiers in the indian army. when not a day passes without pakistani army and its overlords Amreeka not bombing the hell out of muslims in FATA.

Should hindus in India feel sorry/sad for hindus in Pakistan, if pakistani system does not allow hindus to be a part of pakistan army??? I dont think Indian hindus have really cared about it.

India does not have any problems with its hindus,muslims or sikhs or Chirstains , but with what they do at times???

Sikhs form 30% of Indian army, there have been of anti-Sikh riots in 1984....

Chirstains are a part of Indian army, Gen Rodriguez was Chief of Indian Army, there have been anti chirstain conversion riots.

Muslims are a part of Indian army, there were Godhra riots in Gujrat and Babri masjid...

And there are many occasions hindu religious precessions have been targeted in muslim majorty areas..

In India there is a system of equal opportunity if you are good in what you do ..and follow law of the land.......but yes, I agree that system comes under attack by these riots....
