You are on a project and get a junior member (some guy) assigned to your team. That guy can be swapped out at your discretion with a quite attractive female team member. Would it be morally wrong to do the swap? Not that you have any ideas of an affair at work but ya know the girl would just be easy on the eyes during stressful times of the project.
Keep in mind, the guy will easily be absorbed on some other equally important project. Both are of the same race, age and work ethic.
Is the guy really looking forward to this particular project? There's no guarantee he'll like the "other" equally important project. If so, it seems wrong to get rid of him for such shallow reasons. And what if the attractive female member is not competent.......you'll have eye candy, but you may end up doing a lot more work yourself. OR...maybe not. If you're going to spend most of your time ghooring at her....you may not get very with the project, LOL.
Prefering a female just because of her looks over an equally competent male is definitely morally wrong. If the team members plan to stare the female more than focussing on their work, they should go for the female member ;)

If you are looking for an eye candy , then just hang some pictures of girls in skimpy clothes in the project room and give the poor guy a chance to prove himself.
This is not a good idea. Remember to separate your personal feelings and work. Being fair and honest is the way to go at work, believe me, people will notice and more importantly you'll be doing the right thing. Right now it sounds like you want to work with the girl because she “looks good,” well my friend, you’re not a judge on Miss Universe and you should be a professional about it.

How would you like it, if you were bumped from a project because of your looks?
You never know what the future holds and this junior guy may be a big shot in your industry, down the road.
Returning to the girl, if you like her enough, talk to her on your own time.
Also, you will notice a few women on this forum are messed up in the head, so expect more name calling and catty responses. I am not going to hate on you or judge you for being honest, just do the right thing.
Going through puberty?Morality is subjective. The question you should ask yourself is do you even care about having morals? If not then it's not immoral for you to do so. You are probably gonna end up actually working hardEr.P.S. I am not suggesting anything here.
