I am still waiting for the misyar and muttah folks, because I want to understand the social impact of those practices cuz frankly I dnt want to see some muslim jerry springer show where some lady who had muttah with diff guys is trying to have dna testing to figure out who the baby daddy is. :)

The selling price has to be of currrent value… and the buyer should not be charged a penny above in total no matter how many installments and how many years are there…

again, personally to me it has no relevance, I dont believe that interest today is what riba was back in the day. right or wrong i am consistent.

The issue is that the people who want to avoid interest were first hoodwinked by all these shariah compliant things that numerosu experts said were the real mccoy and now we find out its not the case.
