Salaam I have just bought this lengha of someone who advertised on a gumtree advert, she stated that this is a maria b lengha, it has not arrived yet as it is coming in the post but could you tell me if it is, as I am unable to access maria b website for some weird reason
ok i can’t post the pictures up so I just realised but could someone who knows maria b design pm me so I can email you the picture, could really do with your help as if some reason I think ive been conned

it looks similar to one she has on her website...dunno if its the same exact one....maybe the person you had it made from gave her special instructions and so it's not one you can really identify with as a mariab design?

am i wrong?

Can you post the picture up as to which outfit it looks familar too on the maria b website, for some reason I can't access the website

Does a maria b creation have its name tag on their in the kameez meaning the little tag behind the neck

i don't think it's Maria B either...it just doesn't seem her style. The kaam on the skirt and the cut of the outfit comes across a little indian to me...

I'm not sure about Maria B, but all designer clothes i've come across have their own tags behind the neck. I'm sure she would have one on the outfit if it was really hers...

See even if you look at the first picture you can see the starting bit of the back of the kameez but there appears to be no label on it. do people usually get receipts or anything else that can prove it is a designer outfit by maria b?

^ the receipt would definitely prove it...I bought some Maria B lawn's just a few weeks ago in Karachi and the receipts were professional with the Maria B logo on it.

But where would you usually see the tag of maria b label, would it be on the neck (inside it) or would it be on the inner part of the kameez or lengha? you see she wants £700 for the lengha but i don't know if she genuine

i wouldn't pay that much without verifying its authenticity. there should be a tag either on the back of the neck or the side of the shirt. if its not on the shirt, its not an original.

Personali i dnt think itz a Maria B outfit, but i guess b4 u buy it u shud ask for proof that it iz a Maria B outfit :D

It's not, I forwarded it to a person I know in Dubai that brings clothes and takes orders for Maria B's outfits, she ALWAYS has a tag at the back.

Thank you! I am jsut emailing the women now to ask er to veify the orginality of the item and I have stopped my payment at the bak so going to see how she responds but will definitley update you guys

MARIA b. do have a tag on her clothes.if its not on ur lehnga then its definitly not her brand. n i also think this is not maria b design.

Well, even if it's not a maria b, it does look like one of her designs (the one silsila got)..its still pretty.

I cant access her website error...it's giving me an error. that lehnga i'm referring to is on another post here somewhere....but i read the description on it and it has velvet in it, so my conclusion is that it's not the same....
