I would say this is not because PPP wants to destroy Pakistan, it is because the new PPP leader have no experience in running a country, he made govt. by the people he once called killers of his wife but he never had any plans or policy towards the development of above mentioned institutes or any other thing in Pakistan. Result is, the collapse of these and many others organization.

I will disagree with that. Its not like Zardari is supposed to dictate each and every govt policy, its the choice of ministers for the posts who can make/break a decision. The nepotism, favoritism, corruption which resulted in wrong choices for ministeries, otherwise if ‘experience of running a country’ was the only way to go then why would there be ‘elections’ around the globe, why didn’t long term rulers of other countries make their countries heaven-like?
