Seems like the female teacher is still in the learning phase.

She should keep her behavior modest and intentions crystal clear. However, if the problem still persists, and her cheerful & jolly personality is hindering her teaching; and the male students cant focus on learning .. then it’s counter-productive.

She may have to shift gears and get herself transferred to a female only institution. There, she can practice her free spirited teaching style in full swing.
