Never mind, make as many nonequivalent comparisons as you’d like.

Re: Is make up deception?
It’s sad to hear your theory. Women and men are wired differently! U might go out with the exception of hookup but for most women there are actually interested in socializing, dressing up and enjoy looking nice.
Re: Is make up deception?
He never said that men and women are not wired differently or that they are exactly the same. I don’t see the relevance of a “hookup” to the discussion. He also never said that women have no interest in socializing and dressing up and looking nice. Actually, even men are into that as well.
He was just debating whether makeup in which one changes their features…such as making a big nose look smaller or creating cheekbones when you don’t have any…is a deception. That’s all.
Re: Is make up deception?
I agree, men tend to forget that women like to buy a lot of clothes, makeup and shoes etc! A lot more than men bc they want to look nice and feel good!
Beside men like women to be dressed up and have makeup on, if all men were attracted to women who wear only yoga pants, flip flops, and are make up free then women would just be doing that. So maybe the men should just be realistic in their expectations. Every man wants a beautiful woman no matter how they look. Being realistic is the key.
Being a woman even when i go out on a date, i would like the man to put in an effort and look presentable. No one wants to date a slob.
Simply: Everyone has their own reason.
