Let me put the same question in another way, if you were looking for a rishta for your son/brother, isn’t it that if you have a choice, you’ll bring a bride who is a doctor compared to, say, a software engineer?

and on what grounds ? I mean point out the factors you think that would make some one to go for a doctor instead of a software engineer ?
