an acceptance to submission is not a fatwa. If someone is saying that we accept the hadith quoted in Bukhari as true .. that is not fatwa ..
claiming them to be bogus, requires people to bring proof.
Bukhari/Muslim are agreed upon books by 90% of muslims (of so many diff. sects). If you think that 90% are wrong you better stand up to your claim.
