i think as sharaabee mentions, Pakistani kids aspire to be fast bowlers. in addition, the cultural differences in diet and temperament, as noted quite often by different experts, ensure that the advantage goes beyond interest and includes nurturing of already superior stock. i think it was in the WC that commentators were comparing Wahab Riaz’s build to someone like Ishant Sharma or Ashish Nehra. These are typical Pakistani and Indian fast bowlers, and couldnt be further apart.

its nothing to do with genes. i can say short of inspiration or a hero to look upto.

check how many fast bowlers you guys had before imran khan.it was this guys inspiration led to future fast blowers like waqar younis,shoaib akhtar e.t.c

if you talk about just pace.even indian bowlers like srinath and agarkar were blowing in 140s in their carrer starting days.before injury munaf patel was baround 150 without control ,he was founded by australian players while blowing for them in nets.defference between their pakistani counterparts was as age progrossed this guys lost pace,were as pakistani reached their peak pace
