Not us, but Allah (swt) says repeatedly in the Quran that such a person is doomed to hell…unless he repents. I think somethings are clear as black and white and there is no point pretending otherwise.

Yes we need to focus on ourselves big time, but that doesnt exempt us from our responsiblities to other believers.
