I know atleast 3 Osamas, 1 Saddam, 1 Qaddafi and 1 Musab, and they are scattered all over the globe, and none of their lives have been made hell by anyone.
Secondly, to make a point that arabic names are not important....Ibraheem, Ishaq, Ismaeel, Yaqub, Esa, Musa.... NONE of them are Arabic names.
