The onus is on you guys to prove where it says in the Quran that we need to name our children using Arabic names. Then half the muslim world is sinning anyway, because so many muslim names come from Farsi. Persian language and Arabic language are two unrelated languages. Confuse the two in front of a Persian and they'll slap you.
