Hmm.. I don't think hanging out wiht guys until 2 AM , doing whatever, is right or shareef at all. As for the laughter, it has nothign to do wiht hijab or no hijab, its a matter of common decency n public behavior.. they sound like obnoxious lil grls who are excited they have so much freedom for hte first time.. maybe htey're not doing anything "unlawful" (like dating, partying, drinking etc) but they sure seem to be quite annoying, laughing every other second n no its not exactly wrong to laugh, but hey we're allowed to be annoyed at ppls stupid habits rite?: ;)
