Yes by definition she is overwt and not obese. This is precisely the reason why I gave this case because you were talking about normal/avg people (I’m not quoting you on the exact word since I don’t remember which you used). Secondly she needs to lose 16 lbs for her BMI to be 24.9 (the units for BMI are kg/m^2 not lbs).

The reason I brought this question forward is because I want to understand what you think she needs to do to lose excess wt within 3 weeks.

By normal I meant those who have no medical condition to blame for their so called metabolic problem.

And thanks for converting it to Matric system.

Still she has no big hurdle to overcome (2.5 lbs). If she thinks she does, she is as dumb as a door knob.
