Ok, lets make this simple. Lets come up with a hypothetical person. A female 25 years old, 5’6, 170 lbs so her BMI is 27.4. According to your quick wt loss method what should this lady do to lose 5lbs a week. How many calories in and out? How much exercise? Which foods should she eat? You may want to use your math skills to show us cal in and out balance but I am not asking for a meal plan.

Everyone is welcome to answer the question.

By definioon she is overweight not even in obese range.

She is only 2.5 lbs more than upper normal limit of 24.9 lbs.

So what is the big deal here my respected nutritionist to even bring that question?
