All those 4 years of scaring symptoms eventually turned out to be resulting from Vitamin B12 deficiency. Within three months of injections of it - the dizziness completely disappeared.

No, it is not brain tumor. You just need to get some constant rest but if you still feel that these symptoms you told persist then there are so many charity hospitals in Pakistan which provide best healthcare facilities.
