I have been feeling morning headaches for the last 6 months. And now for the last 4 days when I move and do physical work, I feel that my brain nerves are being pulled and I feel pins and needles in a circle on upper skull. And when I rest these feelings clear away.

Allah na kare .. but you must go in for a complete check up of what ever it is .. it might just be a tiny clot kind of a thing or just a nerve getting pulled .. but definitely go in for a full checkup .

Symptoms of a brain tumor depend on where it is, and how big it is. Believe it or not, even a teeny tiny one, even if it is benign, depending on its location can cause some symptoms. But many times brain tumors don’t really produce any symptoms. Anyways for you it might not be a tumor. Might be something more nerve related, or even muscle related.

I think the last thing mostar needs is to read up on this and overthink it. Go and see a doctor as soon as you can. Again, it should be fine inshallah

Thanks all for your concern. No I am not vomiting/feeling shivering in hands. But I am suffering from arthritis too and I think it can be its complication. One more thing is that I have got varicose veins on my thighs and I am also feeling pinching in them.

i had same symptoms which you have few years back.....
but it was because of workload and no rest.....
doc actually gave me pills n i slept for whole 7days.....took complete rest.....i just used to wake up for eating n then sleep again...
and after that doctor warned me to take rest for atleast 2hrs in 24hrs....

i also think its due to stress becoz u said when u take rest it will fine so go to dr and take rest.... sometimes its nerves becoz i in stress i use to think alot then my nerves cause headache on sides of head

I rested all day yesterday and today after a minimal activity, I am feeling same and very weak. It is something major.

Mostar, please dont worry , stay positive thats the biggest thing right now. Tomorrow inshallah you are going for the tests and hopefully full investigation will be carried out. Unless you know for sure what the problem is , dont let negative thoughts come to your mind .. even if khuda na khasta something worrying comes up in the reports , be assured that inshallah it will be treatable 
Hang in there and just do wird or surah fatiha, blow on your hands and do dum over the area its hurting .. this will definitely inshallah calm you down ..

Allah karam faramaye gay, don't worry. Go to a doctor and get a referral to a neurologist... it's good to get a MRI done even just for your own peace of mind. Ask the doctor for a bloodtest I guess as well, if you have not had one. Really, could be many things. Does not have to be something major, InshaAllah it will all go well.

it could be migraine . I have migraine and the pain is somewhat like u have mentioned. Get yourself checked by a dr.
