All those 4 years of scaring symptoms eventually turned out to be resulting from Vitamin B12 deficiency. Within three months of injections of it - the dizziness completely disappeared.

Wish some expert had seen you earlier. Anyways, I am glad that you are feeling better with the vitamin replacement. Take good care of your diet as well.
