Anyways, I got the print outs. Let see what the sheikh has to say about this.

some women have short hair and still look like ladies and not men...now when they get the buzz cut or the mullet, the lesbian haricuts, thats unacceptable

You prefer to be the butch girl in the relationship sara?

nope i prefer my man to be my butch saab

Islam is really common sense.... cutting hair i'm sure Allah won't mind. Of course not bald because hair is beauty :) Who would like to come home see their wife after a hard day at work, bald?

okay, so suppose if I want to see my wive bald would that justify for her to shave her head?
My friend the common sense is stick to Quran & Sunnah

Response: I do not know of anything [wrong] in cutting a woman's hair. It is not allowed to shave all of it off. You cannot shave off the hair of your head but you may shorten its length. I do not know of anything wrong with that. However, that should be done in a good way that is pleasing to you and your husband. You should agree upon how it is going to be done. Also, it should not be in imitation of the disbelieving women. If you leave it long, it makes it more difficult to wash it and tend to it. If it is long or thick and a women cuts it short or layers it, there is nothing wrong with that. Or she may cut part of it short to make herself more beautiful to herself and her husband. I do not know of anything wrong with that. However, one may not shave all of it off. This is not allowed except in the case of some disease or problem.

Shaykh Ibn Baaz
Fataawa al-Mar.ah

according to pakistani ulema, triming hair off for beauty or to please the husband is forbidden....
am talking about hanafi ulema....
read in a book call "oraton ke masael" which has verdicts by different ulema including yusuf ludhianwi....

Well what are the verses (from Quran) and ahadith that the ulema have used to support the view that it is undesireable/forbidden to trim hair?

: ), didnt know that. Surely, learning alot here.

Why shall we make our din inscarf, in length of beard and ladies hair.

Dear Readers,

Assalam-alei-kum,

Who told you to grow beard, and who told you that ladies should not grow or cut hair, and who told you that ladies should wear Hejjab.? All wrong interpretation. These interpretors want us to go back in stone age.

Meri peyaray logon, Islam ko keya musebat samaj leya hay app logon ney.

Remember following two/three things:

These are common AAYAT"S tarjomas;(a kind of)

!) Cleanliness is half Eman.
2) Alla ho jamil and yohub ul jamal
( Alla is beautiful and loves beauty.)
3) To men also exactly like ladies GOD has asked to do parda; if Hejjab has this meaning.

In the light of above get 50% Eman by just keeping you neat and clean and PAk

Become beautiful that is beautify your self as to make yourself loved by God more. That is why when we stand infront of God to pray we must wear the best dress surma kajal and Ettar etc etc

If you beautify yourself and when any one either from men or women see at you and BESAKHTA says that alla ho jamil o yohub ul jammal; instead of looking with BAED NEYATEE. Then you get sawab.

My arguments; based on my personal research about dress code and other things that were there in Rasoul's time:

In the time of RASoul (PBUH) there was no blade available. Jews used to keep big beard. OUR RASOUL (PBUH), advised muslims to cut the beard because there used to be lices in the beard too, that is for the sake of cleanliness. Why did HE(PBUH) said to catch the beard in the fist and cut the rest. So that the beard should stay straight, and should not look ugly . Same is true that God likes jamal, not the one how he created ?, how do you beautify yourself.

The prove is that our rasoul used to use KHIZAB to look young and also he used to keep ZULFEIN to look fashionable because that was in fashion then.

So dear; you are allowed to beautify your beard, keep it clean, since rassors are invented now. OR you want to go back in the same age ,you do not want to use new technologies. Sit on camels, do not use cars, used 40yds cloth piece to save your self from heat, do not use airconditions, make houses frm date leaves, do not use cemented houses, do not travel in aeroplanes, Do not use automatic taps, keep your PAJAMMA RAISED TO SAVE YOUSELF FROM NAJASSAT because according to our all sheiks RAsoul used to pass urine and stool on sand , we should also do .This is sunnate rasoul and AShabs and his wives. My dear sunnat is not this to do what physical appearance HE(PBUH) used to have. It is what character, what kind of deeds he used to have.

So from my side beautify your beard and you all try to look pretty.

Regarding ladies hair; they can beautify themselves in such away that they shoud not resemble a boy. Because it is cheating, to deceive someone and look like a boy. So here the sunnat is not to deceive.

And can cut or grow the hair keep them neat and tidy.

Regarding ladies Hejjab: At the time of Rasoul(PBUH) there were no needles to stitch dresses. I have confirmed it with many old arabs and from their culture books.

They used to use JARDs (CHADARS) You can say KEYssa

To Jerds in macca madina they used to say JAllabeya

Now there is compulssory for men and women both to have perda. Not only for ladies.

So why shall ladies perda is in question all the time? This is because men; if want to go to jannat should not look at ladies with BAED NEYATTE,
so they want ladies to be covered and there should not be any chance of them to peep in a lady, and they can safe themselves with this sin. So my argument is, men should take care of their parda themselves.Do not bother ladies.

Regarding wives of Rasoul there is AAYAT TO BRING THEIR jallabeya from the head side till the chest in order to cover the area of ladies chest which can not be covered by tighting the cloth piece like ladies sometimes tie the towel on the chest after bath now a days.

It was purely specifically to cover the chest of wives of Rasoul specially the young wives such as AISHA AND Hafza(R). Please note there used to be no other side from which cloth could have been pulled and cover the chest meat which might be appearing till underneck.

My argument is if covering the face of a lady was so important and not covering is such a big sin than why in the biggest ARKANE DIN (HAJJ) after which one becomes sinless as if the person is newly born baby.It is compulssory to keep the face open. GOD WANTED ladies to commit sin while offering HAJJ. No no way unbeliveable.

Now Do not say it is only specially for Hajj. No it is what is left unchanged by writters after Prophet Mohammed.

Our Pakistani dress (either for men or for women is 100% perda Hejjab). The need is to follow sunnate Rasoul by not trying to leave any body part naked or to wear a dress of the kind with the NEYAT to attract a man. Same is true for a man. There should not be AANK MAETTAKKA. Sunnate Rasoul is to keep your eyes down. HAYA GHARAT is sunnat. Regard Sokoon

ahan then this bookk is really reliable..cuz moulana yousuf was a great great scholar..and his views r widely acceptable.....

^
the book is very very short of references....
plus there r lots of things that i totally disagree with....

and this maulana yusuf is the same guy who wrote this book "ikhtilaaf-e-ummat or siraat-e-mustaqim" (2 volume book) which was frankly all crap....
so i give him no credit for anything....

IS SUNNAT-E-RASOUL TO FOLLOW HIS APPEARANCE

DEAR READERS,

ASSALAM-AALE-KUM,

I DO NOT FOLLOW THIS, THAT ALL THOSE THINGS THAT WE CAN FOLLOW WITH SIMPLE LOGIC AND QURANI AAYAT WE KEEP ON TRYING TO USE THE AQAL OF SOME OLD WRITTERS. DEFINETELY THEY HAD WRITTEN THOSE BOOKS TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES.

AND FOR SURE THE MAN IN THIS TIME, WITH SO MUCH ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, SAY EXPLORING ARZ- O-SAMA, BEING MORE TECHNECAL ADVANCE, IS MILLIONS TIME MORE INTELLIGENT THAN PEOPLE AT THOSE DAYS OF PROPHET(p).I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT HIM (P)SINCE HE HAD BEEN GIVEN EDUCATION OF ALL KINDS BY GOD ALMIGHTY HIMSELF.

SO IF ONE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THAT SUNNAT-E-RASOUL AND SAHABA AND HIS WIVES WAS NOT ABOUT APPEARANCE AT ALL. OTHERWISE IT IS OK WHAT 99.9% MOULLANAS SAY.

1)KEEP DOHJTEE TOE HIGH
2)KEEP BEARD A FIST LONG
3) MEN AND WOMEN TO BE IN PARDA; MEN SHOULD WEAR 40YDS CLOTH PIECE AND LADIES SHOULD WEAR JALLABEYA

PLEASE NOTE; ARABS WERE VERY BASCK WARD THEY NEVER HAD NEEDLES AT THAT TIMES OTHER COUNTRIES PROBABLY HAD.

AND HERE JALLABEYA OF TODAY'S ARAB HAS BEEN CHANGED WITH THE DISCOVERY OF STITCHING MACHINES. IT USED TO BE A PIECE OF CLOTH 3YDS OR SO AND AFTER MAKING IT DOUBLE LADIES USED TO TIE IT FROM BACK OF THE WAIST TO FRONT ON CHEST. AND ONE LAYER OF THAT THEY USED TO BRING FROM BEHIND ON HEAD.

SINCE SOME OF THE WIVES OF RASOUL WERE YOUNG PRETTY AND VERY HEALTHY. RASOUL HAD ASKED THEM TO PULL THE SAME JALLABEYA FROM HEAD DOWN TO COVER THEIR CHEST MEAT, IT WAS AIMED TO COVER THE BREASTS MEAT WHICH WAS NOTICEABLE EVEN UNDERNECK. ALSO TO BRING THE SAME CLOTH ON CHEST THERE WAS NO OTHER PATH POSSIBLE, PATH. THAT IS WHY IT HAD BECOME LIKE KHONGAT.

THE SUNNAT IS TO COVER MEAT OF LADIES TILL UNDER NECK
NOT THE FACE AT ALL. OTHERWISE GOD WOULD HAVE NOT SAID FOR LADIES WHO ARE OLD THEY MAY OR MAY NOT USE IT.

SO PLEASE NOTE IT IS NOT APPEARANCE TO BE TAKEN AS SUNNAT IT IS SUBJECT (MAQSSAD) WHICH IS TO BE TAKEN AS SUNNAT. DEEDS, NEYAT, MANNERS ETC ETC.

NOW SINCE WE HAVE STITCHED DRESSES WE COVER TILL NECK AND USE DOPATA. IT IS 100% HEJJAB OR PERDA SAME IS TRUE FOR MEN THEIR DRESS CODE IS 100% PERDA, TOO.

THE AIM TO KEEP BEARD ONE FIST LONG WAS TO CUT IT STRAIGHT, AND TO LOOK HANDSOME, CLEAN,AS THERE IS AN AAYAT

ALLA HO JAMIL AND YO HUB UL JAMAL AND ANOTHER 50% EMAN IS TAHARAT THAT IS CLEANLINESS

ALSO THERE IS AN AAYAT THAT GO TO CHINA TO EDUCATE YOUR SELF AND DO TAKHSEAR OF ARZ-O-SAMA.

REMEMBER WE ARE NOW TALKING ABOUT AAYAT-E-QURANI SO ALL THE ABOVE AAYAT ARE FERZ ON ALL MUSLIMS. EVERY ONE SHOULD EDUCATE HIM AND HER SELF SO MUCH SO THAT YOU CAN EXPLORE HIDDEN GODS PRINCIPLES EXPLORE, INVENT ETC ETC IS ALSO FARZ AS NAMAZ AND ROUZA ETC

SINCEELECTRICITY IS EXPLORED , CARS ,ARE INVENTED, AEROPLANES ARE INVENTED, AIR CONDITIONS ARE INVENTED RAISORS ARE INVENTED--ALL THESE THING COULD HAPPEN DUE TO ORDER OF GOD TO EXPLORE ,FIND OUT.

SO WE DO HAVE DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENT THAN WHAT IT WAS AT THE TIME OF RASOUL(P). ]

HE KEPT HIMSELF AND ASKED HIS PEOPLE TO KEEP THEMSELVES NEAT , TAHIR AND SHOWED PRACTICALLY HOW HE USED TO TRY TO PLEASE GOD FOR BEAUTIFYING HIM SELF BY USING SURMA, KAJAL, DYING HAIR WITH HINNA, KEEPING LONG ZULFEIN BECAUSE HE USED TO LOOK PRETTY THAT WAY.

SO THE SUNNAT IS NOT HIS APPEARANCE, INSTEAD BEAUTIFYING ONE SELF AS WE KNOW, AN AAYAT ALLA HOU JAMIL WA YO HUB UL JAMAL.

ALL MEN AND LADIES SHOULD BEAUTIFY THEMSELVES AS GOD LIKES IT TO BE THAT WAY. HE WANTS TO SEE HOW MUCH MY CREATION CAN BE BEAUTIFIED BY MY HUMAN BEING. BECAUSE DO NOT FORGET WHEN WE SEE ANY ONE PRETTY WE HAVE BEEN ASKED BY RASOUL TO SAY SUBHANALLAH.

SO CLEANLINESS IS SUNNAT, BEAUTIFYING ONESELF IS SUNNAT-E-RASOUL,SO WE MUST DO IT. OCCORDING TO OUR ENVIRONMENT ACCORDING TO OUR ACHIEVEMENTS DUE TO EXPLORING THE WORLD THROUGH EDUCATION ;WHICH IS COMPULSSORY ON EVERY MEN AND WOMEN EVEN IF ONE HAS TO BEAR HARDSHIPS.(AS AT THAT TIME GOING TO CHINA WAS REAL DIFFICULT JOB).

SO WE MUST NOT TRVEL ON CHAMEL LIKE THE ENVIRONMENT OF HIS(p) DAYS AND ALL OTHER PHYSICAL THINGS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR TODAY'S HIGH TEC ENVIRONMENT. (DO NOT FORGET ALL WHAT WE HAVE ACHIEVED THROUGH EDUCATION IS BECAUSE GOD ASKED US TO SEEK EDUCATION EXPLORE HIDDEN FACT); WE HAVE SO MUCH ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY. WE MUST USE AIRCONDITIONS WE HAVE EXPLORED AND EVERY THING SUCH AS TV, COMPUTERS ETC ETC SO WHY NOT RAISORS , TO CLEAN , TAHIR AND TO BEAUTIFY YOUR BEARDS YOUR HAIRS THE WAY THEY LOOK PRETTY ON YOU, THEY WAY YOU CAN MAKE YOURSELF MORE HANDSOME SO THAT WHEN ANYONE HAPPENS TO SEE YOU, PUKAR UTHEY, SUBHAN ALLA ,ALLA HO JAMIL AND YO HUB UL JAMAL. HE(GOD) KNOWS WHAT HE HAS CREATED HE WANTS US TO BEAUTIFY IT.

SAME IS TRUE FOR LADIES ;A LADY CAN CUT HAIR IF IT IS FOR CLEANLINESS, SHE CAN WEAR ANY DRESS PROVIDED IT IS FOR KEEPING HERSELF CLEAN AND TAHIR AND PAK AND SHE DOES NOT HAVE NEYAT TO ATTRACT MEN .ALSO A LADY SHOULD NOT WEAR A DRESS OR CUT SUCH KIND OF HAIR THAT SHE SHOULD LOOK LIKE A BOY. OR A BOY SHOULD NOT DRESS HIMSELF UP AND CUT HAIR THAT HE SHOULD LOOK LIKE A GIRL.SO DECEVING IS NOT ALLOWED.

SO SUNNAT IS NOT TO DECEIVE SOME ONE BY APPEARING LIKE A GIRL WHILE YOU ARE NOT A GIRL
APPEARING LIKE A BOY WHILE YOU ARE NOT A BOY.

I HOE IT WOUND NOT BOTHER THE MAIN THREAD WRITTER. HE CAN CORRECT ME IF HE LIKES REGARDS SOKOON
WASSALAM

Sokon (the-ever-so-knowledgeable-one), what's your source for whatever you've said?

Can you please tell us whose tafsir you've read or what ahadith have you read that has made you conclude that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) used to dye hair for the sake of fashion? Or that he (SAW) forbade us from growing beard? Where does it say that he told us to trim/shave beard?

And whatsup with the word 'meat'?

Can you please 'enlighten' us?

Oh! Also, please do tell us who your sheikh/teacher is and how long you've studied Islam for.

Hey, sokoon, nice use of the Caps Lock key...

:)
i gave u my own opinion....
and ahmedis, in my opinion, were declared non-muslims before even he thought about the issue....
moulana mawdudi had quite a role to play in the qadiyani issue....

anyway, those r my opinions about a book which can be summarized as "what i believe is right and no matter how authentic the hadith is that goes against my belief i will outrightly refuse to follow it and will declare all those who follow such a hadith as gumraah"....
