yes … and this automatically means that -unfortunately- the practical implementation of it nowadays is not perfect…even far from it.
But then again, the ideal ideology that also in practice has shown to work perfectly, is still lacking.
(But perhaps, that’s not due to flaws in the ideology, but perhaps of human incompetence to practice that ideology to its full potential? )
