she's no cattle n islam is not abusive.its just some guys who hav temper probs use islam to support their evil behaviour towards their wives.however their r ladies who r too out of control n such rulings r to discipline them only.its because Islam wants a couple to avoid divorce as much as possible n try everything else b4 choosing the final course.Islam wants couples to put more effort into a relationship n don't offer divorce as an easy solution to every prob.
