I posted the ayat in context with the subject matter. So what I meant to say was wearing Hijab is your free will.
However on the other hand I am not denying that they should not cover at least what is guided by Quran and Hadith.
Saying that as far as I remember Quran clearly guides women what they need to cover at LEAST some areas. However women not doing PARDA causes a lot of problems in society. It infact it is good for their own safety and shows modesty.
Hence I am being neutral on the point. If someone wears it then good if not then it is between her and Allah.
