I spoke to my friend today and she said that she confronted him last night and he said that it’s all bull

and that he has not gone no way near her and said he is going to instruct a solicitor tomorrow for the legal taalaq and have her sent back home

and the only reason he didnt before because his parents said that they could get in trouble by the law for bringing her here without his consent

but because people are making up lies and is hurting my friend he is going to have to take that chance to prove he is speaking the truth.

My friend said she will give him this last chance to sort the legal taalaq out and said she wants to also speak with the first wife
so hopefully it works out for her , thankyou everyone for the advice she really appreciated it ( i told her i asked on here )

She should set a time limit for him to divorce or he might keep making excuses, putting it off..

If he has to do taalaq he obviously lied and married her and that in itself is pretty low..
