That’s a trillion dollar question. If it was easy many tribal societies in the Middle East and AFrica would at the top of the world.
However in Pakistan’s case, there are good models that we can selectively copy their traits and methods and hopefully we’ll start improving.
The models from other countries should be selected based on their current level of development, and where they were in the 1940s. Compare that to Pakistan’s strengths and you will get few ideas.
