Is falling in love worth the chance of a heartbreak?

No, no, no! That's silly. He could have been saved as well as her if she'd moved her fat a$$ over. Then they could have been in love and lived together forever. What's the point if he's dead?
Phir story nahin banti, it was meant to be that way. Lets say there was no room to move her fat a$$...

ofcourse it is!!! i think one single moment of being in love and being loved by that person is worth all the pain.. because that one moment is forever yours
So is the pain!

It takes a minute to have a crush on someone, an hour to like someone and a day to love someone, but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.

Abdali,

The most painful thing is to love someone and realise that this might be the last time you will be seeing her. Never in your life are you going to cross her path. That in my opinion is the most painful thing.

Don't you think it is better that way not to see her ever or would you perfer seeing her in someone elses arms.

but there waaaaaaaaaaassss! that’s my whole issue! there was enough room and he COULD have been saved!!! And it would have worked. it would have been happily ever after!

and the lifetime to forget is a huuuuuuuuugeee pain! it’s a painful moment. why would i want it to be mine???

But according to the story there was no room not only Jack but several other people died.

yea.. but atleast u have that moment... everything has a good and bad.. and we can never kno the good.. if we dont know the bad.. most of us take ppl we love for granted.. and when we lose them.. we realize what we lost... phir humme ehsaas hota hai ke humne apneapp ka konsa hissa khoya hai.. duniya to hai hi naam anaa jaane ka.. everything has a begining and an end.. and if we worry too much about the end.. we cannot ever enjoy what we have.. living for the moment.. cherishing it as it is your last is what i believe in.. i dont kno if im gonna be here or not the next second.. and worrying about it to any extent is not gonna magically gimme control of the next second.. since i dont own the next second.. i dont worry about it..

i still say the story could have been different. obviously the ship sank, ppl died etc. but jack and rose weren't real. there was enough room. she could've pulled him up or he could have climbed on. the story could've ended diff. and still been fine! :D

So what is your point? No one should love any more?

LOL, yah sure whatever director. The point was that “my heart will go on”.

I am not asking for anyone to agree with me. I am just stating my point.

Abdali,

Just the thought that she will be in other's arms makes me boil. Maybe I agree that not seeing her for ever may reduce the pain as time passes by, but surely seeing in someone else's arms is damn painful.

No one can describe the intensity of pain. Only people who had been through the situation can know how difficult it can be.

Anyway I hope you will be able to get over the feelings soon.

Thanks buddy! time is a great healer.

Ok...your arguing over a movie:)

Movies are meant to touch you..but not real life.

True love?

Someone who would de-ice your windshield in the morning before you drive to work.

Someone who would wake up in the middle of the night and feed the baby, because they know you are tired.

Somebody who would smile in the morning at you.....and maybe wink:)..and then laugh when the baby starts crying.....again:)

Someone who carefully makes you a good healthy brownbag lunch.

I think true love is more than physical. Its caring for another person, and being cared for in tiny ways.

Its not diamonds... true love is a feeling, a thought, an action, a word.

A note.

jeez! zz-no need to get so defensive. you got all bent on my pt. of view, and i can’t say anything to you? calm down. i never said noone should love anymore. i don’t feel that way. What was your point?

i’m also allowed to have an opinion abt the movie. yeah its his movie, but i just felt it could’ve ended differently. thats all

aag-

Please by all means do fall in love. Plunge in it if required. Dive and sink if necessary but make sure it is your spouse

<~~~ Rephrase..

True love is Diamonds. Absolutely.
