laholawala...
btw, the location thingy is sumwhat matching....
If bin laden had considered himself the 'Mahdi', he would have declared as such by now. Since he hasn't, i presume he's still waiting, just like the rest of us.
Also, he cannot be Imam Mahdi, for several reason, one of them being that his full name and title would have been exactly the same as the Prophet (saw). 'Osama bin laden' would not be even part of his name.
Finally, from what i've read, there will be 3 revolts, the yamani, the sufiyani and the khorasani. I believe bin laden is the yamani, predicted to revolt just before the coming of the Imam(as).
ps>As someone already said, the eclipse sign has already occurred this year. So have many others, but itz interesting to see 'US military intelligence' involved. Dont they have other things to do?
who here thinks there is nothing like the coming of imam mehdi? and the issue is confused with the second coming of Essa A.S? I, for one, think so.

His full name is ' Osama muhammed bin laden'
The hadith reg'- the "lunar eclipse in Ramadan" is it not considered weak in authenticity?
yeesh what a nuthouse.
Osama is not Mahdi, Osama is not a representative of Mahdi, Osama is an effing criminal who deserves to be held accountable for all his civilian murders.
everything that sets the wheels in motion is not Islamic, or good. Yes, when the time comes we will be weak and powerless and despised and everything but do the agents who influence those conditions become heros in consequence? If Osama is the reason why Islam and Muslims are now kicked about, Fahd and Qabus and Zayed and all those lazy ass arab rulers who sold their countries away deserve to be seen as those who set the stage for Mahdi and consequently heroes of Islam.
Osama did not fight an honourable war. He is a man without honor and without anything worthy of being associated with Mahdi.
He attacked civilians ..the closest equivalent to what he did to my mind seems to be..in the Prophets age.. sending in spies to murder ordinary Mecca folk without any warning. That remains a part of sunnah that im unaware of. DONT give me the "hurting the economy" bull in God's name. The Prophet in his life fought many wars, but he never randomly killed traders and merchants in the hope of destroying the economy.
He denied involvement in the attacks, and kept denying it or atleast let the taleban deny it for him. Wheres the effing honour? Warning before attacks choro, he didnt even have the balls to accept what he did.
He isnt even the target anymore. All that his actions accomplished was enabling america to rule a country it had wanted to rule for ages, and allow israel to establish COMPLETE control over the ME. Is someone who does that to muslims your hero?
he is who threw us into the pit.
Ever heard the conspiracy theory about him being an American agent? The reason for that is this: every single action that he has done since 911 has resulted in America/Israel forming a stronger grip on the world in general and Muslims specifically.
he is a ****ing criminal and i will truly rejoice the day he is captured..hopefully by our own men instead of the americans.

Firstly, which part of the Prophet's (saw) name has 'Osama bin laden' in it? According to the hadith, the name will be exactly the same including the Qunniyat etc.
Secondly, i believe the hadith is authentic.
Thirldy, Do u believe Mahdi (as) and bin laden are the same?
Ravage:
I dont think just because bin laden is predicted as one of the signs, that he will necessarily be a representative. Afterall, the sufiyani and dajjal were predicted too.
At last, the weisest among’em ![]()
Well said ravage. ditto to that. :k: :k: :k:
Ravage: Unless you are sure and you know for sure of his crimes and you have seen him do the acts that he is accused of, you are doing nothing more than piling 'tohmat' on this man...You should know, as a Muslim you don't accuse someone of a crime without proper proofs and go against someone on the mere basis of conjectures...That is the job of American policies, not Muslims...Do you have proofs that he was responsible? Or you want to kill him because you were told that he was the perpetrator...
United States government killed nearly 2 million people which included not only men and women, but children and some of them weren't even born yet...Their lives were snuffed out in their mother's bellies by bunker busters all on the basis of conjectures...A nation lies in chaos, anarchy and occupation and you have a grudge against a man who stood up for Muslims around the world? Where is your anger directed at? Or have you chosen to take sides with those who oppress, murder and hate for greed?
People are against suicide bombers, why? Because they don't have missiles which can be launched from 400 miles away and level a whole city block...So they use their lives, their very existence as weapons and are termed terrorists...What hypocrisy...
Osama bin Laden is fighting a war and he is using guerilla tactics...Collateral damage is bound to happen as in the 2 million dead in Iraq...Shed some tears for them and if you can't defend those helpless Muslims in different parts of the world by your hands or tongue, at least sympathise with them in your heart...Perhaps that will make you see the truth...

This is exactly the kind of response you get.
What exactly is your position? Is he:
A. a falsely accused guy running about for his life because he wouldnt be granted a fair trial and in the process has caused the invasion of two Muslim countries.
B. An audacious Muslim leader who is fighting america and is responsible for his actions, including 911.
now listen. you cant have it both ways. You cant praise him for fighting once and when i show you how scumworthy his fighting was, you immediately switch to "he might not have done it you know". fine. dont idolise him for it then.
dont assume my position on either suicide bombing OR the US. Dont attempt to broaden the debate.
Tell me what your position is: did he do it or not? If he did, is that why you consider him a hero? If so, answer my previously raised points. any other talk is irrelevant.
All of the above...
He runs for his life because turning himself in is suicide and suicide is haraam...Would you turn yourself in to a person who has killed a hundred people regardless of proofs or evidence?
The invasions of nations is not his doing...Don't place the blame on him for invasions of other nations...Not enough was done by the US to strategically talk with other nations to bring about his surrender...The US just wanted war for ulterior motives, and doesn;t care if a million people die in the process...
And I believe him to be an audacious leader fighting for rights and justice to Muslims everywhere...In a Muslim Ummah ful of greedy, sycophantic, impotent, lame and lecherous leaders, this one lone man stands out to deliver justice and fight for Muslims around the world, what do you expect me to say? Something out of CNN or FOX or MSNBC? Take your pick...
My friend, I choose what my heart tells me, not what I am told to believe...I am not a Jew who sees Jesus as the culprit and hands him in...Didn't Jesus come to the Jews as a messiah? A deliverer? But due to whispers and popular sentiment, he was pointed out by the Jews themselves as a criminal who would harm them instead of helping them...Why? So that the Roman empire doesn't kick their butt...
Well, they may whisper and do all the propaganda they want, I won't be taken in by it and neither should you...
audacious leader.
the only noteworthy thing hes done in his life is 911. you seem to say that he didnt do it, or atleast theres no evidence he did. he has no reason to turn himself in, which would only be if he was innocent of the charge.
in which case hes barely a nobody in my book. just a petty outlaw glorified by people who need someone to glorify.
"In an interview with CBS’s 60 Minutes news programme, he accused Mr Bush of planning for an invasion of Iraq within days of coming to office.
The US president was looking for an excuse to oust Saddam Hussein, Mr O’Neill added.
He said that, as a member of the US president’s national security team, he never saw any evidence of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction.
And he gave an unflattering account of Mr Bush’s leadership style in the interview, saying that at cabinet meetings the president was like a blind man in a room full of deaf people."

The Messiah (peace be upon him) and the Mahdi are two different people this is proven from authentic narrations from the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
The Mahdi will come before the Day of Resurrection he will be from the progeny of the last Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), from the descendants of our fourth rightly guided Caliph Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and his wife the Lady Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her).
Allah the Exalted and Majestic raised Christ (peace be upon him) when the disbelievers wanted to crucify him and he will descent before the Day of Resurrection, at the time he descends the leader of the true believers, the saved sect will be the Mahdi, it will be the time for prayer and the Mahdi will ask Jesus son of Mary (peace be upon him) to lead the congregation but Jesus (peace be upon him) will decline and the Mahdi will lead him in prayer.

Akhi, can you give me the hadith about the Mahdi and return of Isa. Jazakallahkhayr
…There’s a narration, which says, “The Mahdi is no other than Jesus (peace be upon him)”, but all scholars of Prophetic narrations are agreed that this narration is weak not authentic.

^^ Well, the argument now is, is America telling the truth, or is Shaikh Osama?
Hmmm...Now let me see, on one hand, we have a person who has dedicated his life for justice and has left millions to aid and help the Muslims around the world with little regard to his own life...
On the other we have the American administration which has told lies left and right and in the end was found out to be after oil for which it has killed millions of innocents and says that Shaikh Osama did it...
Looking at the track history of both parties, I think I'll go with the most honest opinion of all...FOX news...Osama is guilty...
