She had a bad childhood. Really bad one. She was detremined to pollute islam and portay a nagtive image of it among masses So fas she has been quiet successful in it. Her book became quiet popular among non-muslims and they view islam with her self-created philopsphy and her own interpretations.

mal1k dude, we are stuck between the words of extremes, we have complete idiots like her spewing one type of crap, and bafoon kath mullahs yip yapping trash on the other extreme. People like us need to be more vocal and make our voices heard.
ditch the *&## or punt the ##@!, the writers that are out there need to be not from the other extreme.
At the same time, how would they generate any controversy, so why would the books sell, viewership up etc. the shock jock tactics of newsprograms to pimp themselves by throwing the extremes on the screen to duke it out is lame at best.

My point too fraudia bhai, I dont want a mullah writing a book, all he would be doing is talking from an Xtreme point of view. What we need is the likes of Shoaib Hashmi or Omar Qureishi, but one writes topics in general, while the other only cricket. If only we had writers like these who can counter attack her statements with genuine Hadith & Ayats, & shove it in her face, & then let her make counter statements. I can bet she would be left dumbfounded, because half the time women cant fight good debaters.

anyways I disagree with your last statement, women can be very good debators. she is not, anytime i have seen her on TV she has not been debating against a knowledgeable, level headed and well spoken person. the day that happens, her credibility will get a swift kick in the butt.

well ok u dont agree, that women are good debators, but u just contradicted ur statement, by saying her credibility will go down the drain, once she gets a knowledgeable & level headed, & well spoken person to debate with her...then again, all women are like that, they will just succumb to guys like these.
From gupshup, the best debators I personally think can take on a lady one on one is the likes of YOU, CM, Thap, Verizon, lussi & rally...I dont know about the rest of the lot, because I havent come across them in depth.

Lol and she has the nerve to put a picture of her posing with Salman Rushdie up top of the page. Don't get me wrong i'm not saying she cant take pics with him, he could be a family friend or something for all i know. But i'm sure she decided to put that picture up top she was thinking to herself "Hmm this really oughta piss them mullahs off seeing me pose with rushdie et al and on top this is the first of the pics on this page so they all know its my most prized pic. Moohaahaahaa, more reason for you to hate me, suckers!"
Also, anybody know what her parents have to say about all this? Did they send her to her room for publishing such a book?
