Instead of trashing something righ away, you could provide information why those helicopters are not useful and why opponents' helicopters are superior.

If Pakistan had best allies like Putin and Natwar Singh, Pakistan would also buy weapons from them.
By the way, there is no match of Pakistani military capacity with Iranians, we are Alhamdu Lillah Nuclear Power and our Army is one of the best in the world.
Iran is the 2nd or 3rd biggest buyer of Russian weapons, in other words if Pakistan depends upon China or US then Iran also depends upon Russia and India. Then Iran has a history to be the startegic partner of Israel and collaborating US against Afghanistan (Talibans) and Iraq.
Just to remind you the betrayal of shameless Iranians who were assisted by our Nuclear Scientists in order to develop their nuclear program but these ungrateful and cunning Iranians stabbed at our back and gave names of Pakistani Nuclear Scientists including Great Dr. Abdul Qadir Khan to their behind the scene masters, the US.

Personallly I'd rather see some information on this fleet of helicopters since that was the original post. Do we really need a Jane's report to tell us that US helicopters have superior maneuverability, armament, and speed?

All the weapons that Pakistan gets from Uncle Sam, come free. Basically Uncle Sam gives Pakistan millions of dollars 'in aid' and in return Pakistan 'has to buy American weapons'. That in no way means Pakistan is obsessed with American weapons (they're more interested in the Russians').

Look, Pakistan could not buy a single jet fighter from anywhere in the world when Uncle Sam imposed sanctions on Pakistan from 1991-2001.
As soon as Uncle Sam lifted the santions, Pakistan goes on a buying spree.
