Well Inzi's delayed actions were in response to the cheating charge levelled by Hair. If Hair had not acted brashly, there would not have been any need for Inzi and the team to protest in the manner they did at tea. So the second charge loses validity automatically if the team were deemed not guilty of the first charge by Madugalle.

Sky News saying that the Pakistani camp saying that if Inzi is not guilty of the first charge than he should not be punished for the second because the it only took place because of the accusation of ball tampering in the first place.

I know what you mean but....
if Inzi appeals within 24 hours he shall be eligible to play in the ICC Trophy. His punishment is the least he could be given for being found guilty of bringing the game into disrepute.
Inzi must decide whether to accept the ban now and miss the ICC Trophy or later and miss the home WI series (4 of the 5 games)

can't Pakistan organize some official ODIs with minnow countries, to have Inzi sit out those games: this way he will be eligible for the Ch Trophy?

I think we shoul not appeal. We did a worng thing (failing to return to the ground) for a right reason. However, we should consider this four match penalty just a COST of getting rid of Hair and move on. The more we keep protesting, the more alienated we'll become. So far majority of the observers are favoring Paistan, and we shoudl kkeep it that way.

Not a bad idea - why don't they ask Bangladesh to play after all their board was willing to give its full backing to the PCB. Love to see such matches organised before the ICC trophy and slap the ICC on its face. However, in reality this is unlikely to happen.

^^ no GA you did not read news from yesterday…the ICC code of conduct will answer the any APPEAL made before OCt. 7 . So it is not gauranteed that he will be able to play CT if they appeal.
Still this is excellent news… 
And our poll prediction seemed to be well informed.
I agree half and half with Fridi and others that we might see a team evaluation of sorts if they play CT without Inzi.
Where as if he gets to sit out the WI series, it is at home, and our players are pretty decent on our own tracks..
