Let me add a definition for it (taken from wikipedia):
Intrusive thoughts are unwelcome involuntary thoughts, images, or unpleasant ideas that may become obsessions, are upsetting or distressing, and can be difficult to manage or eliminate.

After having such thoughts I feel Bad, then I will attempt to change my thoughts to something more innocent (not so easy :hinna: ) and finally, after feeling back normal I start doing Tauba Astaghfaar
