So, its funny, because this quickly turned into a "let's shoulder the responsibiliyt on women to take care of themselves PLUS take care of the global jackarsedness which is the male gender".
So, let me tell you about the messages I've been getting lately. There are a number of them from very different men. Some in fact, who post here masoom se, like they are women's advocates or chivalrous men or something.
I was told just last night that if it weren't for the fact that I was so confident of my looks, I probably would not be currently being harassed by 3 men (he wouldn't say who they were) by having a picture of mine thrown around on the internet on msn by 3 guppy users.
So, I'm getting punished for being confident about myself? And where does Muzna's logic go then?
At any rate, there are a couple of other pm's I've gotten, with threats of sudhar jao, or things like that - vague threats from I don't know who, really. I don't even know who these people are or what I've done to them, but they are bullying and threatening. And I don't think its because I'm "weak" or I "deserve" it in any way. I think some people sitting behind a computer have no life and when they find a girl to bother, they focus all energy on that. They're probably failing at work or in school or something, and need something to take negative energy out on. My question is - why don't they go to the gym, or find a therapist, or hang out with their family or whatever other way they can calm themselves down if they are in a bad spot.
Why go after some girl who you don't know and try to annoy her or harass her?
Whole thing is weird.

But let me be clear. I am no responsible for any man or what he chooses to do. He can misbehave, and he can deal with the consequences. I'm not rescueing anyone. That's not my job as a woman, and yet I do believe we coddle our idiotic male species a wee too much. They need to take responsibility for treating us properly and just as they would want their sister being treated by other men. With gentleness and politeness and no harassment or intimidation or exploitation.

PCG, why would these people have your picture? IMHO, you spend too much time on GS, you will benefit hugely by staying away from it as a lot of men post crap & nonsense here (which they dont even mean) just to take mazay. You take them seriously and thus starts the male-female war.
