i dont know much about internship but my sis got a job recently as cadetship and they are paying her good money. infact her pay is better than my bro’s first job and she is also offered great incentives.
you should also be aware that employers do not train and dont like to train anyone. this is my experience. its costly to them.
you should wait few more weeks and try to get gud experience and than talk to the person who hired you.
