saadia ...i'm not sure about milk ....in this recipe ....but i do have another recipe which worked fine for a long time but dunno what happened after that
khayr ...sugar syrup is as above ...n for balls take
powdered milk ....1 cup
egg.......................1
baking powder ........1 tsp.
mix all three n fry n add to syrup:)
