Jogging/running....gets rid of fat from all over the body...as it's tough to spot reduce. Varying the intensity (walking, then running), I've heard, helps burn more calories. Along with cardio....add weights, to speed up the fat loss....as well as some crunches to tone.

The hierarchy of effective workouts is as follows:
Weights + Cardio + Diet
Weights + Diet
Cardio + Diet

Cardio of course has a lot of associated benefits but its not the main thing when it comes to burning fat off your body.
Weights make your body increase its basal metabolic rate. They are your best friend when you want to lose weight properly.
I suggest a relatively high protein diet and cut sugar from your diet. Trust me, you do this and you will see results in a week or two!
My body needs work to stay in shape. I often walk around pretty heavy and then cut down if I'm competing or whatever.
My trick is weights (Mostly compound exercises) and hitting the punching bag or sparring with my brothers.
I'll also add higher protein and fix up my diet. Another major factor is your water intake. Up it like woah and you'll see positives.
When I commit to a reasonable paced plan, I can regularly drop a couple of lbs every week, consistently.
Trust me, its awfully simple. And when I need to cut, I just follow my plan.
I promise you right now, you do the same and you'll come back with results.

But you're referring to that refined sugar that's found in soda and other junk foods, right? Surely, fruits would be okay, no?

Yes, I’m referring to sweets, desserts, colas, etc… mostly. Fruit sugar is Fructose which is alright.
Then again, everything in moderation. Just doing be downing bushels upon bushels of Apples! ![]()
The main thing is, just cutting off sugar or whatever won’t help. Its a combination, that’s what really kicks your metabolism into action.

weight training was a
moment for me when it came to abs and arms exercises.It’s the only thing that can tone it to an intense amount. there was a video that i posted b4 let me find it again

Yo i am guy and i am currently working on my abs intensively. But one of the thing i do is. Lay down straight..pick both of my legs up without any support. And another one by using those giant balls. Make sure you are lying with your back on these stuff and move in situp position constantly. And make sure to watch your sets eh. Check out my profie pic..and i only started working out three months ago.

Honestly, this is the best suggestion. You can either due the abs exercise they have (like 15-20 mins) or just do the yoga (last 15-20 mins has abs...and it's pretty good).

Gidsa, I’ve been following a good balanced diet but am losing fat from the wrong areas that’s why asked for the workout.

You can’t do spot reduction Hareem. Its not possible.
What you can do is to continue your diet plan and workout plan.
It’ll help you build muscle and tone your body all over.
Eventually you’ll end up with a body you want to achieve.

^Exactly..and watch out for carbohydrates. Stay away from Coke, rice, pastry stuff..basically anything that has high amount of sugar and carbs. O also..oily food that we desi ppl make in our homes.

Yo Jhanjhars. If you are a beginner then 15 mins should be fine. Don't straine yourself. The key is to do constantly that is all. Hope your abs come out awesome as well..

check this thread out. my thinking used to be that weights should be used only if a person wants to build muscle like the body builders but i realized that weights can be used to tone. http://www.paklinks.com/gs/health-and-fitness/530730-body-builders-arm-exercises-specifically-triceps.html
i definitely feel a difference in my triceps after increasing the intensity with weights and the number of each exercise. it feels great!
and i really don’t agree that spot reduction can’t happen.
