^ yeah but the point is that if these climate conditions made them physically stronger then why they didn’t play any role in their mental “development”! 
IMO these conditions MAY have some effect on intellectual development, but they can’t be the only factor. Genes and social interaction, on the other hand, have far more greater influence than demography and climate.
