Which fruits or vegetables or drinks do you find are.. an instant energy booster for yourself?

For me: its watermelon, cucumber and lemon juice.

Orange Juice... and to increase the mind power... take some almonds a few days Before lol... works like a wonder due to the Oils inside it. For the occasional boost I eat the Nutra Gran Bars (Health Bars). They along with Orange Juice really help keep HypoGlycemia at bay :). Bybye to Dizziness.

Orange Juice
Strawberry shake with some sugar and crushed ice.

oranges/orange juice(fresh n home made|)

mango , water melon etc...........usually any juicy fruit......!!!!

ya Afia is 100% right abt that milk with few dates, but my problem is i don't like milk...:(
wesay the best instant energy booster is orange juice and ofcourse the juice of pomegranate also ...
