Or they fail to get as big or as ripped as the celebrity, then suffer anxiety.
Reminds of this fella..who i have know since last year. Dude started on steroids..when we just started working out last year..looks awful. And if ya ask him..why would ya do that?..In Nova Scotian Accent he goes " it is time rrripp the muscles"
I was totally inspired by the female beach volleyball players at the most recent London Olympic games. They were just lean muscle from head to toe. Their workout regime is 4 hours per day, 6 days a week. Insane - totally wish I could do that too. I did increase my training after the games. These athletes inspired me. :)
Huge inspiration for all people who are on weight loss plan
Britain’s former fattest man finds love on Facebook after losing 48st
Paul Mason got a Facebook message from Rebecca Mountain after she saw a TV documentary about him.
Romance blossomed as they chatted over Skype and he hopes the slim 40-year-old will visit him in Ipswich from Orange, Massachusetts, US.
We became close friends and now we are boyfriend and girlfriend,’ said the 52-year-old, who reached 440kg by eating 20,000 calories a day.
Mr Mason is quoted by the Daily Mail as saying: ‘She watched my documentary and thought “I want to help to find this chap help”.
‘She didn’t really think anything romantically to start with, she just wanted to help me find someone who will operate.
‘I was a bit cautious to start with but as soon as I met her on Skype I felt at ease. We talked for four-and-a-half hours.’
He added: ‘I didn’t know anything about her but we talked all about her life and how she wants to help me. It wasn’t until the second conversation that I realised there was more there than just friends.
‘She felt the same and brought up the idea of us being boyfriend and girlfriend.’
The 52-year-old said Ms Mountain ‘really wants to come over and see me’ and admitted he was ‘so excited’ about finally meeting his girlfriend.
I follow a few fitness accounts on Instagram, my favorite ones are the ones who were overweight and did it all on their own... not a huge fan of the ones that push products/working towards competitions/put down others. etc.
I think my body insipiration is Jordin Sparks after her weight loss. To me she's the perfect, realistic and attainable figure for me seeing as I work full time and my job isn't really based on "looking good".
i use myself as inspiration :p
