Also,if you get a chance to keep the poster of some celebrity to get inspired as it 'll keep you motivated who will you pick?

Celebs have personal trainers, unlimited resources and plenty of time. And they're probably taking something to help them(steroids).
Celebs aren't the best role models when it comes to staying fit.

i am always inspired by many actressess e.g angelina jolie,malaika arora,kareena kapoor etc....
and also from their highcheek bones and beauty bones!
its just because they have strict dietplans n they have to follow it! also they go to gym regularly...its part of their profession to have a toned body!

So true , we become lazy and give up so easily. They have trainee at gym and nutrition trainee to keep them motivated where as we have to keep ourselves motivated and get inspired by these people. We can do this by reading weight loss stories, health magazines, cook healthy food etc. I love Anglina jolie. Lately, Kareena kapoor has inspired,her movie heroine is yet to come, cn’t wait to see how she has lost so much weight. I am thinking to get a poster of some celebrity to keep in my bed room so this way I 'll keep myself motivated. AKmoti, if you get to keep one who 'll you go for?

as she has transformed herself into zero size figure really well…
and most of the hollywood actresses have zero size figure…i keep up reading their diet plans…that keeps me motivated…
what i have noticed is that the bollywood actresses eat daals n chicken n that too with as less spices as possible n less oil ofcourse…
we(desi people) cant but down on roti chawal oil n spices…so better to use as less amount as possible…khana doesnt turn out as tasty as with more oil n spices but once we get used to it,its acceptable!
i was reading this diet chart of malaika arora few days back…almost everyone has same diet charts with workout and exercise…

MALAIKA’S DIET CHART**
MORNING: One glass of warm water with honey and lime and then One litre of warm water
BREAKFAST: One small bowl of seasonal fruit Idli or poha or upma or porridge
12 NOON: A glass of vegetable juice with amla, One egg white with two brown toasts
LUNCH: Brown or red Goa rice, 2- 3 vegetables, Chicken or fish and One bowl of sprouts as salad
4 PM: Idli or poha or upma or one peanut butter sandwich
DINNER: (have latest by 8 pm) Soups or salad. A light meal but no lentils (daals).
NIGHT: If hungry have an orange or carrots or any seasonal fruits or dry fruits like figs, almonds and apricots.
MALAIKA’S HEALTH TIPS
Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dine like a pauper
NO carbohydrates at night
Don’t starve — eat healthy and everything but in moderation.
Avoid fried foods. Have a diet for the week and binge on Sundays
Cook everything in extra virgin olive oil
Have plenty of carbs through the day like sweet potatoes, potatoes and brown bread. Have potatoes in their jackets — roasted.

Malaika is flabby. I'd expect her to be a little more toned.
i like the gril in black Swan natalie portman but she's got a small frame anyway.
and I like Beyonce and J-Lo for being curvey but fit.

Whatever she said is true, it does make sense that we shouldn’t eat carbs esp after 6 pm and avoid junkie food. I am happy that I am not a roti lover much ,I have got control on myself. All this unhealthy food oil and spices has made me dislike Asian food,I run away from it on purpose. Now, i eat mixed cultural food.Trust me English dishes are healthy.
My friend told me about this diet , her sister lost 20kg with in 2 months. ![]()
I will give it a try soon.
Breakfast - 1 apple + 2 spoons of low fat Yoghurt + water+ ispaghula.
Lunch – Salad + grilled chicken or boiled daal.
Snack- 2 spoon mixed seeds + 4 Almonds.
Dinner- Little bit salan with half roti or 1 bread.
I will slightly amend this diet plan by adding a boiled egg and few more fruits.

I follow a girl on youtube, her name’s Miss Dattu. She’s lost LOADS of weight and kept it off. M’A
And i think she’s it’s much easier to relate to her since she’s desi.

and the thing wiht celebs is, that yes, while it's good to watch your weight and keep yourself fit, keep in mind.....most of us aren't getting paid to be thin and fit. a celebrity's ability to get roles/endorsements depends heavily on their looks/weight....we wont' exactly lose our jobs or stop getting paychecks if we gain an extra 5-10 lbs or don't shed the baby weight before leaving hte hospital!
I don't look to celebrities as inspiration....now "real" girls on the other hand, who aren't models or actresses, just regular people.....they are an inspiration.
