Size zero is unhealthy and gives a lot of influenceable girls a distortes view of the reality. Kareen Kapoor looked so much prettier (and healthier) when she had more feminine figure. Now she looks tired and hungry ( which she probably is).
Plus I hope you realize that a lot of pictures are photoshopped to make acrtesses look even more thin.
I also hope you don’t take these beauty regimes of these so called actresses too serious.

No yo..not at all. I hate copying or idealizing anyone. I work-out for me and myself. Everyone's body is different..but key is to not get carried away with workout. For instance, some fella wanna copy certain actor's workout body..and they end up puffing their body up to the point that..they look indecent. So ya..what keeps me motivated is that i wanna have healthy and active body..

i cant be skinny or size zero no matter how hard i try....i know myself and i know my body........
all we get inspired from is them(actors/actresses) eating healthy and exercising regularly....thats it!
i need someone to get me motivated and keep on track so that i can keep my mind and body healthy and actors/models are the easiest to find on internet .....
when i was in 10th i was 75kg and i lreduced till 53kg altogether i dont remember now what motivated me as its been 6 yrs now…but i want that motivation again
