Women who dress provocotively are those with low self esteem and are looking for admiration in any way they can find it. They are truly to be pitied and** if they end up getting raped, it STILL goes back to the fact that the guy is an animal.**
Exactly, we can't control the eyes of all the animals, so let us take precautionary measures to ensure that we don't become victom of those animals. No matter how much we try, there is always a chance that any boy in the streets might end up becoming an animal as he grows up, so let us not be too optimistic but make efforts, hope and pray that it doesn't happen.
Besides that, I totally agree that no woman should be disrespected no matter how bad she wears, but she should be politely warned so that she may be aware that there might be animals in the streets (from where she usually passes by) who get excited by exposure and wouldn't let go of a chance if they are "given one"
p.s. The important thing to consider is that such animals might be found with the reputation of the MOST decent people in the offices, and they don't move around with tags of "I am an animal" on themselves.
