YES, I totally agree that such women should not be disrespected, and the animals who disrespect them should be punished. But if we consider the history, the rate of RAPES have been "consistantly" rising with every single passing day since the last 50 years or so, WHY ? because the police and the government has failed to stop the rapists. Tell me a single country where women are allowed to go around in revealing dress, and the rate of rape is lower than the countries where women dress modestly.** According to the** US department of crime, in USA, with every passing second a women is RAPED, believe it or not. USA the MOST developed country of the world. Compared to that see the rape reports of Saudia Arabia or any other country where abaya is regularly practiced. Though some of them might not be reported but still the rate is by far less than USA. It is TOO difficult for the government to control EVERY animal in every street of the country, but the best way is to teach men to control their gaze, and teach women to control their dressing
Respect people for whatever they do TILL their ACTIONS start EFFECTING people who are related to you.Forgive my vulgarity, what if they don't want to dress anything (considering the way the trend has been moving towards lesser and tighter clothes for the last 50 years specially in the west). Would you still think that it is their own business. If it is their own business, who gave them the right to inject impurity in the eyes of our immature (below 18) brothers and sisters. Should we always put hands on the eyes of our little(below 10) children when anyone passes by with revealing clothes.
A woman has a right to go around with revealing dress ONLY in her OWN home, NOT in the public places, where the underaged children might see something which they are not supposed to see. You can't teach the children to "SEE and CONTROL" The more they are exposed to such things, they more they would try to satisfy their immoral desires through immoral ways. The "SEE and CONTROL" theory might work for a short time till they lose their patience. Also they can't have raddars to detect that women with revealing clothes are coming. There is always a chance to have a first glance by mistake.
Let me put it this way. If you are going out with your 12 year old daughter, and a man is walking without any clothes at all, would you not try that your daughter must not see what she is NOT supposed to see ?!?
MOST Children who are exposed to such stuff very early in their life are the ones who try to satisfy their desires through immoral ways and grow up to become "Sexually desperate" people.
