It takes conscious effort to rise above religious, racial, and ethnic differences and realize that we really are just like other people. Remove our false sense of superiority because we belong to a certain country, race, religion, or ethnicity and we will have a bigger unified group of people.

Won’t happen, until mankind starts to interact with extraterrsterial species. Then the word race will get a whole new definition.
