I have ordered a suit from IndusMaart on the 8th of May and i still haven’t received it. Tried calling them a few times, and…the same old…I seriously think this company lacks professionnalisme. I have even asked them the tracking number but they cant seem to give it ? that is seriously not normal ! Im starting to think that i have made a wrong investment.
Junaid, If you think your part of Indusmart and want to take your company on the next level then please check order no 3238 and see yourself what others have been talking about your company. I seriously do not want to talk this way about your company and especially on a public forum but you can imagine my frustration. So many times have I called, e-mailed to your so called " 24/7 office" without any positive response, I'm sorry to say, but they are useless, they have never ever taken the initiative to contact me or to give me any recent updates. I am seriously tired now. the fact lies here, there is a problem, find a solution and accept what your customers complaints are instead of giving explanations.

surely i remember you & you have every right to post anywhere actually this has had happened i dont mind.
and i must admit your order has been considerably delayed we missed the deadline (usually we deliver in 15-25 days time).
somebody from us did call and talked to your father on last thursday or friday that is one or two days back after we received the call from him asking for the details.
last email i sent you on 27th May, i know its havent been to your inbox as you called afterwards . you can still check it in our email support systems would PM you the URL and details or you can find them in first email confirming your order with ticket id.
you should be receiving it within coming week which is between june 2 - 6.
My Sincere apologies for inconveniences delay may have caused.
just one clarification: we have not mentioned anywhere its 24/7 customer service although we do entertain calls late in the night as well due to time difference.
please do point out if it is mentioned on site so that i may get it updated/changed.
I must say i'm also having a similar experiance to hummy. I placed an order for 2 suits with indusmart on the 27th of April, and as of yet recieved nothing. Quite dissappointed really. i've had 2 emails sent to me saying my order will be posted in the coming week, however that was at the end of May and its the end of June!!! I will definately think twice about placing an order with indusmart next time.
if uv been promised a delivery date, the company should comply with it .. if not then at least have the decency and give a reason for the delay rather than just plain ignoring the client!
We shouldnt have to resort to making posts on public forums but some ppl just dont leave u with an option!!!

I am aware of your order batool, and i must say i am personally sorry , we really messed up on your order.
i had emailed you the reasons earlier and would like to reassure you although we had already messed up everything atleast i would make sure you should get everything as perfect.

you are absolutely right on that, atleast for batool we did miss deadlines twice i guess.
i dont want you to be sympathetic with me or defending delay on my part but unfortunately sometimes it get out of our control as well , as this is manual labour each and every thing had to be done with bare hands ,if something happens lets say a strike or electricity problem our generator fail and we loose a day it means we lost whole week as parcels sent between monday and tuesday or some cases wednesday would be delivered same week and being on tight schedule we miss the deliveries.
would like to add above scenario was not related to batools order that was something else and of our own creation and judgement error.
mr junaid ... i totally understand about the deadlines .. it happens to us aswell ... but letting ur customers know about their shipment will put them at ease rather than tensing them up further, which will only mean more telephone calls, more emails in ur inbox, complaints online ...
i also understand that u can on certain occasions make mistakes aswell ... we are all humans at the end of the day .. not one of us is perfect. Acknowledging your mistakes and recitifying it ... these ppl dont come along often. :)
I've been hearing so many complaints and having to go through my own experience, i just lost it for bit, i apologise. I've personally not dealt with you and shouldnt have said anything! I'm sorry.
