In Pakistan they say shaadi do insaano mein nahin do khandanoon mein hoti hai hence when somebody is getting married the whole tubur is involved .
yeah as long as whole in laws (whether wife's or husband's) family is concerned u definitely need to have yr own space or privacy despite they live with u in the same house or somewhere else
It was just an observation on my part that whenever my wife thinks/says she is referening to hum. *On the other hand for me its always *mein. *Its not that I do not love my family, its just the way **I am* wired..

it depends ......... as long as it doesn't affect yr relationship , closeness with yr wife , but if it's the other way round + it bothers yr wife than u need to work on it . Marriage is all about give n take man.
