there is a thing called ‘Allah ka Noor’ on the face, when any Muslim is on the right way of Islam and practicing it hard, then a NOOR comes on his face, you might have noticed by looking so many Muslim, there faces are attractive!
But on the other hand yes Muslims are not allowed to hurt anyone by any means, not by there tongue nor hands!
also we are not suppose to judge how much is he a a Muslim or not, once a person has came into Islam, then its upto Allah and him, we only can pray but cannot reject him out if Islam, no one knows what Allah like from him, unless we see him even doing any ‘shirk’
